School Requirements

Items needed from each schools:

  • Provide the time and a location for a mandatory assembly program with all students in attendance
  • Approximately 6,000 square feet of space (100’ x 55’) outside on a level and smooth concrete, grass, or asphalt surface (parking lots, common areas, fields, etc.)
  • Access to the assembly area for a full day that includes set-up and tear-down of the ramp
  • Authorization for the Tour’s partners to set up booths on-site and display promotional banners
  • Place posters announcing the program on school bulletin boards the week prior to the event
  • Custodial services for the event area, including garbage cans and bags
